Meet Sophie Sowerby
An independent Organisation Development practitioner and coach with 35 years of leadership experience, working in both private and public sectors and Higher Education. This includes leadership roles within the NHS, Eversheds Sutherland LLP, Marks & Spencer, and The Moneyfacts Group, as well as working in Australia and North America and working with leaders in Europe, Canada and New Zealand.
Sophie spent 17 years in Organisation Development at Durham University, where she focused on designing and delivering strategic programmes to enhance organisational efficiency as well as leadership development and executive coaching.
